By accessing or using our website or Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Disclaimer. If you do not agree with the terms herein, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

SECTION 1 — NATURE OF SERVICES

Rocket EV Charging & Electrical is not a licensed electrical contractor and does not provide electrical labor, installation services, permitting, design work, or material supply. REVC operates solely as a consultation and contractor-referral service. All electrical installation work is performed exclusively by independent, licensed electrical contractors (“Contractors”), who are solely responsible for their services, workmanship, pricing, timelines, warranties, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Nothing in our communications or on our website shall be construed as creating an electrical contracting relationship between REVC and any customer.

SECTION 2 — NO PROFESSIONAL OR TECHNICAL ADVICE

All information provided by REVC—including website content, estimates, consultations, communications, and educational materials—is for informational and general guidance only. Such information does not constitute electrical, technical, engineering, legal, or professional advice. Customers must rely solely on the licensed Contractor for project-specific evaluations, safety assessments, code compliance, installation recommendations, and final decisions.

SECTION 3 — INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Contractors referred by REVC operate as independent entities. REVC does not:

a) supervise or oversee Contractor work;
b) control Contractor schedules, methods, or practices;
c) guarantee Contractor availability or pricing;
d) warrant Contractor competence, licensing status, or insurance beyond basic verification;
e) act as an agent, representative, employer, or partner of any Contractor;
f) enter contracts on behalf of any Contractor.

Your contractual relationship is directly with the Contractor, not with REVC.

SECTION 4 — NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE

REVC provides no warranties—express, implied, statutory, or otherwise—regarding:

a) Contractor workmanship;
b) Installation quality or safety;
c) System performance or compatibility;
d) Project timelines;
e) Materials or equipment used;
f) Code compliance, permitting outcomes, or inspection results.

Any warranties or guarantees related to installation work are provided solely by the Contractor pursuant to your agreement with them.

SECTION 5 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REVC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

a) Contractor work, actions, omissions, or negligence;
b) Property damage or personal injury caused by installation activities;
c) Errors in estimates or contractor-provided information;
d) Delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or unavailability of Contractors;
e) Electrical system failures or equipment malfunctions;
f) Reliance on REVC-provided information or recommendations;
g) Any dispute between you and a Contractor.

Your sole recourse for issues arising out of installation work is with the Contractor who performed the services.

SECTION 6 — CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

By engaging with REVC, you acknowledge that you are responsible for:

a) Verifying that the Contractor you select is licensed, insured, and qualified;
b) Reviewing and approving all Contractor proposals, pricing, and agreements;
c) Ensuring safe access to the jobsite;
d) Understanding local permitting requirements as explained by the Contractor;
e) Directing all installation-related questions, issues, or disputes to the Contractor.

REVC is not responsible for mediating, arbitrating, or resolving disputes between you and any Contractor, though REVC may assist with communication as a courtesy.

SECTION 7 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT

Our website or communications may contain links to third-party websites, contractor pages, or external resources. REVC does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, content, privacy practices, or security of any third-party site or resource.

You agree that REVC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of third-party websites, resources, or services.

SECTION 8 — NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

REVC does not guarantee:

a) That a Contractor will agree to perform your project;
b) That estimates will be accurate or final;
c) That installation work will be approved by inspectors;
d) That equipment will function without defect;
e) That permitting processes will be successful or timely.

Your project results depend solely on the Contractor’s work and your property’s electrical conditions.
