Rocket EV Charging & Electrical (“REVC”) provides EV charger consultation, contractor-matching services, and general information to customers seeking installation services. By using our website, submitting a quote request, or communicating with REVC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

REVC is not an electrical contractor and does not perform electrical work. All installation services are performed solely by independent licensed electrical contractors (“Contractors”) who are not employees, partners, or agents of REVC.
REVC does not:
Guarantee Contractor pricing
Supervise Contractor work
Provide materials, labor, or permits
Offer warranties for installation or equipment
Assume liability for Contractor actions
Customers enter into a separate agreement directly with the Contractor.

2. Website Use
The REVC website and any content we provide—including installation information, estimates, contractor introductions, or educational material—is for informational purposes only. Use of our website does not create a professional, contractual, or legal relationship between you and REVC.
You agree not to misuse, attempt to disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.

All information provided by REVC is general in nature. It is not electrical, technical, legal, or safety advice. Customers should rely solely on the licensed Contractor for code compliance, safety assessments, installation decisions, and on-site evaluations.

4. Contractor Relationships
Contractors recommended by REVC operate independently. REVC:
Does not control Contractor schedules
Does not set Contractor pricing
Does not dictate installation methods
Does not oversee jobsite conduct
Is not responsible for workmanship, delays, or damages
Any disputes, claims, refunds, workmanship issues, property damage, or warranty matters must be handled directly with the Contractor.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
REVC is not liable for damages, losses, delays, or injuries arising from Contractor work.
REVC is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in information provided by Contractors.
REVC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Your use of REVC’s website and services is at your sole risk.

6. Privacy
By submitting information through our website, you consent to REVC sharing your project details with licensed Contractors solely for the purpose of providing EV charger installation services. REVC does not sell or trade customer information.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Rocket EV Charging & Electrical, our goal is to make the EV charger installation process simple, transparent, and stress-free. Because our business provides consultation, lead generation, and licensed contractor referrals, the following policies apply to all customers who use our services.

1. Nature of Services
Rocket EV Charging & Electrical does not sell or ship physical products. We do not provide electrical labor, materials, or installation work.
All installation services are performed by independent licensed electrical contractors, not by Rocket EV Charging & Electrical.
For this reason, our return and refund policies apply specifically to:
Consultation services
Scheduling and communication services
Contractor referral services
Any refunds related to installation pricing, materials, or workmanship must be directed to the contractor who performed the work.

2. Cancellation Policy
Before an Estimate
Customers may cancel their request for service at any time before a contractor provides an estimate, with no fees or obligations.
After an Estimate is Delivered
Once a licensed contractor has provided a free estimate, the contractor’s own policies regarding cancellation, deposits, or rescheduling apply.
Rocket EV Charging & Electrical does not charge any cancellation or consulting fees.

3. Refunds for Consultation/Referral Services
Because Rocket EV Charging & Electrical does not collect customer payments for installation jobs, and because our service is provided at no cost to the customer, there are no fees to refund.
If you believe incorrect or duplicate information was submitted during your consultation, we are happy to update or correct it at no charge.

4. Refunds Related to Installation Work
All electrical installation work, materials, pricing, warranties, and performance-related issues are the responsibility of the licensed contractor completing the job.
For refunds or corrections related to:

Customers must contact the contractor directly.
We will gladly assist with communication if needed, but final decisions on refunds, repairs, or corrections lie solely with the contractor.

If a customer experiences an issue with the installation, we recommend:
Contacting the contractor directly to resolve the concern
Following the contractor’s warranty or dispute procedure
Requesting support from Rocket EV Charging & Electrical if communication assistance is needed
We are always happy to help make sure your concern is addressed, but we do not handle work-related refunds or repairs.
